Strategic HIM Manager, Greater Portland
Our client is a state of the art 150 bed acute care hospital located in Greater Portland, and they are looking for a strategic minded HIM manager to manage and grow the HIM department. This position reports to the Director of HIM and directly manages 2 supervisors. Due to expansion and acquisition, we are looking for a manager with experience in managing both people and systems, and who can bring this department to the next level by thinking outside the box.
You should Be RHIA certified, and have strong experience with coding (ex: CPT-4, ICD-9-CM), software utilization, systems/technology upgrades/integration, and monitoring transcription. Just as importantly, we are looking for a strong manager, who is able to work hands-on in a strong, stable, team oriented atmosphere. You should be able to lead a team while working through the challenges HIM faces with new systems and regulations.

Operations Manager - Southern Maine
Our client is a major building products distributor/retailer and they are looking for an experienced operations manager for their mid-coast location. You must have 3-5 years of experience with demonstrated success in the lumber/building materials industry as an Operations Manager. This location encompasses a busy retail store as well as a lumber yard with sales of $10m - $15m annually. The Operations Manager oversees approximately 30 employees, and is responsible for merchandising, inventory management, sales, safety, and customer service. A strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and safety programs is necessary. Lean or Six Sigma management experience is a big plus.

Procurement/Distribution Manager: Southern Maine
Our client is a large, Maine based distributor/retailer of building materials, and is looking for someone to join the senior leadership team to grow their existing product line. This position will work collaboratively with senior management to determine product selection, then negotiate with vendors for purchase, and finally will be responsible for leading the training and merchandising of the products selected.
You must have 5-10 years experience in a senior procurement/distribution management position, and experience in the building materials industry is strongly preferred. There is a complete benefit package and salary/bonus that is commensurate with experience but should be in the $90k-$100k range.

Project Manager, IT, Greater Portland, Maine
Our client is a multi national organization with IT operations headquartered in southern Maine. They are seeking a project manager to support a number of initiatives tasked to the IT department, including purchasing, inventory management, maintenance, etc.
