Controller
Our client is The Jackson Laboratory, one of the top genetic research organizations in the world, and they have retained us to find a Director of Financial Reporting and Treasury Services. This is a senior position within a world renowned bio-research firm, and is located in beautiful Bar Harbor, Maine in Acadia National Park on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.
This position reports directly to the Corporate CFO, and is responsible for preparation of internal and external financial statements, coordinating the annual audit, and Treasury functions such as accounting for endowment investments, managing treasury cash, debt compliance, and insurance program, as well as supervising the GL and acting as Senior Treasury Analyst.
You should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and an MBA or CPA are preferred. You should also have 10 years progressive experience in accounting and/or treasurer's roles, management experience, and excellent written and verbal skills. You should have strong experience producing financial reports, internal and external financials, and handling treasury responsibilitiesYou will need significant experience in accounting and/or treasury roles, should be comfortable working with trustees, investment bankers, and insurance brokers. There are also 4-6 business trips per year to various locales.

Director, Outpatient Cardiovascular Services; Lewiston/Auburn, Maine
Our firm has been retained by the Central Maine Medical Family to lead the search for a Director of Outpatient Cardiovascular Services. In this position, you will strategically direct Outpatient Cardiovascular Services for the entire CMMF, through the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute.
Responsibilities include directing and managing the business operations for the Cardiology, CT and Vascular Physician office practices to ensure profitability, productivity, patient satisfaction, recruitment and retention of qualified providers and staff. You will participate in regional strategic planning of CV including operating and capital plans, direct the development of people and effectively and efficiently manage people and resources. You will also hold responsibility for directing Outpatient Cardiovascular Service lines to support the organization’s strategic goals in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and industry regulations.
Requirements: BSN, with MBA highly preferred. Minimum of three years of professional experience in a leadership role in health care and physician practice management. Budgetary experience is necessary, and Cardiac services or specialty experience preferred. You should also have a experience with creating and maintaining strong MD relationships.

Strategic HIM Manager, Greater Portland, Maine

This position reports to the Director of HIM and directly manages 2 supervisors. This is a senior management position reporting to the Director of Shared Services and holds responsibility for determining and managing credit parameters of existing and prospective customers, as well as developing collection strategies for the entire organization. This position works closely with customers so a proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining strong relationships is critical. A BS/BA is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting, along with 7+ years of corporate credit experience. You must have demonstrated success in managing and motivating a team, creating and maintaining relationships internally and externally. You will also need strong experience in negotiation skills with successful reconciliation results. We are primarily looking for people with experience in larger corporations involved in manufacturing and distribution, and not experience in mortgage banking. Senior Java Web Developer, Greater Portland, Maine

You should have familiarity with SAP Netweaver 7.0 WAS and Liferay 6.0 CMS and a strong understanding of HTML 4+, CSS and Object-oriented Java Script, DOJO, AJAX, JQuery, or GWT experience are all plusses. Experience developing web based mobile applications is also beneficial.

Senior Business Systems Analyst, Greater Portland, Maine
Our client is an international manufacturer and they are looking for an experienced IT professional to act as Senior Business Systems Analyst. This role supports a wide variety of manufacturing and business applications, along with reporting and BI initiatives.
You will manage and contribute to delivery and quality of SAP BOBJ definition/requirements, technical design build/development, testing and roll out. You will also perform ETL & Data Warehouse design/build/test/optimize activities.
ETL experience required. SAP BODI experience is a plus. Business Objects design and development required, Xcelsius dashboards, Designer, Broadcast Agent Scheduler, WebIntelligence are preferred, along with experience working with the BOBJ CMC. Familiarity with CDLC methodology, MS SQL , SAP BW/BEx all are preferred.
You should have experience through full development cycle of Enterprise data warehouse construction, support, and optimization; pulling data and delivering dashboard style reporting in BOBJ, using Xcelsius and Webi.
